Amelia Bruce My grand-daughter Amelia died peacefully at home after a chronic illness, early in the morning of April 5, 2008. She was 27 years old. Everyone who knew or met Amelia admired her courage, sunny disposition and good humour. Many thanks to Dr. Cardella, Theresa McKnight and the transplant team at Toronto General Hospital for their compassionate care. A memorial for Amelia was held at Hart House on Sunday, April 13th.
